Since a very young age I’ve always been curious about how the mind works, how people think and questioned the norm! Questioning the shoulds. From as young as 6 I remember questioning rules and whats ok and what isn’t and why?

From the age of 17 I started the road to studying psychology at GCSE and A levels but ended my journey soon after with the academic factor and pursuing my passion with running my own business.

However this did not stop me from continuing self teaching! From picking up books by Anthony Robbins and Joseph Murphy, the power of the subconscious mins, I knew there was more to this world then what we are taught. I remember at that age my friends laughing at me for reading such books and back in those days, self hypnosis was presented to me instead of mediation. Some would think I was into something untoward!!

I Knew how important running my own business was with developing skills in psychology and personal development, learning from teachings of Osho, Ekhart tolle, Alan watts to just name a few. With these two passions I have now grown, from being a life coach and tantric practitioner, I want to pass on what I have learnt so I can help others!

My work is a blend of guided meditations, learning the basics of breathing, Tantric Massage, embodiment practices with conscious touch massage, —all designed to help you unearth the buried stories within and heal the shame, guilt, and unworthiness that reside in your root and pelvis.

My clients come to me for many reasons, some come to explore aspects of their sexuality, others want to explore touch, sensuality or explore their boundaries.
