​The pleasure revolution advocates for the sexual empowerment and liberation of all individuals, regardless of gender, by promoting open discussions about pleasure, consent, body positivity, and the dismantling of sexual taboos. The term has gained significant traction within women's movements, however it is inclusive of all genders and sexual orientations.
